Directly Managed Supported Housing

In addition to SAHA's foyer accommodation, the association also owns and manages other supported housing schemes including:

• Lawson Street Project - accommodation and support for homeless young people in the Preston area.
• Roseberry - accommodation and support for people with mental health needs in the Middlesbrough area.

Lettings to these schemes are carried out in partnership with the relevant local authorites and other relevant stakeholders, such as social or educational services in the area.
