Resident Involvement

SAHA's residents' are asked for their views, suggestions and ideas on matters that affect the running of their home and the services they receive.

Resident Involvement is a two way process where staff and residents' share information and ideas and are able to influence decisions, and take part in the decision making process.

The National Tenant Voice

Over and above SAHA's own resident involvement, from 2009, the Department for Communities and Local Government and the TSA is launching the National Tenant Voice, for all Social Housing Tenants nationally.

Your Guide To Resident Involvement

SAHA are pleased to launch the new 'Your Guide to Resident Involvement' booklet which sets out all the different ways SAHA's residents can influence the service SAHA provides and really have a say in shaping services.
