Catherine Baird Court

Catherine Baird Court is a category (2) Sheltered Accommodation for the elderly in Balham London. It comprises of 4 floors, containing 24 flats. There are 2 wheelchair accessible flats and a mixture of flats suitable for single people or couples.

Each flat comprises of a lounge, bedroom, purpose built shower room and kitchen.

There is also a guest flat, which is available for visitors to stay. There are communal gardens and a communal lounge where various activities are organised by the Scheme Manager, Stephen Bally.

There is some parking to the rear of the building.

Residents are supported by the Scheme Manager who works 32.5 hours per week, and there is a Careline service for out of hours emergencies. 
The Housing Officer also visits the Scheme regularly.
