SAHA and its managing agents aim to ensure that all residents have access to an up to date relevant resident handbook.   

SAHA tenants can download the handbook using the link below which is full of useful information about the Association, about the services we provide to you and your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.

Supported housing residents should seek a copy of the local resident handbook for your scheme directly from your centre manager or project worker.

We are also able to provide large print, or taped versions of resident handbooks, as well as translated copies for you if English is not your first language. Requests can be made to SAHA or through Language Line, www.languageline.co.uk.
