Emergencies Out of Hours

Ouside of SAHA Customer Services Centre opening hours an emergency service is available. To conact the emergency service please call the standard Customer Service Centre number 0800 970 6363 (Free from most landlines) and follow the automated prompts.

Residents are reminded that the service is for emergency repairs only as defined in the resident handbook. Any emergency repairs will only resolve the immediate emergency, follow up repairs may need to be carried.

Please note that repairs handled through the emergency service are usually more expensive than standard repairs thus reducing the funds available for providing other services to residents. Therefore we would ask all residents to keep emergency call outs to an absolute minimum.
